MEN! LOOKING FOR A NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION??? No, it’s not about losing weight; or focusing more on that “honey-do list”. It’s all about commitment to coming to the THE MEN’S CLUB MEETINGS! Yes, ALL men. If you are a member of our parish, you are a member of the Men’s Club. Why not come to the meeting, join in our fellowship, see what is happening and what you can do to help out at your parish. The next meeting will be Monday, Febreuary 15th at 7:30pm. The men meet every 3rd Monday of the month.

WHAT A GREAT TRIBUTE TO BOB ARMSTRONG! The Hall of Fame band, The Casinos, will be back at St. Bernadette again this year for a tribute event. The Casinos' founding member and former business manager at St Bernadette, Bob Armstrong, passed away on 12/27/11. Rock, Roll & Remember! When: Saturday, February 18, 2012, 7 pm until midnight. Where: St Bernadette, Ventura Hall, 1479 Locust Lake RD, Amelia, OH. What: snacks, beer, GREAT music, and good times all included (feel free to also BYOB). Cost: $45/person OR $300/table. CHURCH ENVELOPES are ready for you to pick up in the Cry Room for your 2012 contributions to your parish. They are arranged in alphabetical order. Some higher numbers have been changed to close the gap in numbers used. If you did not use your envelopes in 2011, you will not have any with your name on. Anyone wishing to use envelopes in 2012 who do not have a box assigned them should take an unassigned box (in numerical order) and record the envelope number and your name and address on the form provided. If you regularly contributed to St. Peter’s by check in 2011, but without an envelope, one was assigned to you for 2012 to make recordkeeping easier.

MEN’S CHRIST RENEWS HIS PARISH - Plans are being made for the Men’s 2012 CHRP weekend. Come and experience a weekend of Life's Faith Journeys and fellowship with your brothers in Christ. All that is needed is you - with an open heart and mind to listen to what the Lord has done in our lives. This all takes place on Saturday February 11 and Sunday February 12. There are dozens of men in our parish that could testify to you how their faith life and outlook on their role as son, brother, husband, father, friend, co-worker, and parishioner was effected by this program.
